Warranty Policy

Our products have been inspected and tested before delivery. We have a thorough QA system in our manufacturing process. Our products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material from the date of the original purchase with the invoice or payment receipt. Most of our products have a one-year warranty. Some products may have a longer warranty; see the owner’s manual included with your product for details. Three-year or five-year warranties can be purchased for most of our products. Contact us for price quotes. Prices are usually 10% of the sales price for a 3-year extended warranty and 20% of the sales price for a 5-year extended warranty.

The warranty does not apply where:

• Repairs have been made by others.
• The product has been misused.
• The product has been improperly installed or installed by force.
• The product has been modified by means other than the instructions from the product’s manual.

You can bring your product to our offices for warranty services. If you choose to ship your product to us, all shipping arrangements must be made by you, with all shipping charges and insurance fully prepaid. Any product shipped must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Any shipping damage resulting from improper or insufficient packaging will be the responsibility of the shipper.

For products serviced under this warranty in the USA and Canada, we will cover the standard return shipping charges. Please note that warranty repairs may take several days. We do not replace repairable products with new ones.
